This Privacy Policy explains how Vail Kalifa ("we", "us") handles information collected through vailkalifa.com (the "site"). We keep it short because the site does very little with your data.

Information you give us. The site has one contact form. When you use it, you provide your name, email address, optionally your company, your project type and budget range, and your message.

Cookies. The site sets a single essential cookie that keeps your session secure while you use the contact form (cross-site request forgery protection). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Third-party services
Email delivery — Mailgun. Our lead notification and your confirmation email are sent through Mailgun, an email delivery service. Your email address and message are processed by Mailgun solely for this purpose.
Spam protection — Google reCAPTCHA. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell humans from bots. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in our own database so we can manage and follow up on inquiries. We keep them for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above (Mailgun and Google reCAPTCHA), strictly to operate the contact form, and where required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the site. To do so, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
